Help!!!

Getting a Error on startup that reads " Error CPU Fan has failled or is low speed"

Does anyone know what is causing this or how i can fix it?

Also I have Tried to Run BF2 a few times and it is causing a critical Error and im not sure why. I just pretty much rebuilt my computer so any ideas?

Yea go into your BIOS and check to see if fan monitoring is on. It's something like that. I know it's an option in the BIOS (actually I just did it a few weeks ago) but I dont remember exactly what it's called.

Or theres a wire hitting the fan or the fan has failed or not plugged in properly.....or ... or

No same thing happened to me last week when I finished building my friend's computer. It is a setting in the BIOS.

If I were you, I would make SURE that the CPU fan is actually spinning, and free of obsturctions... No reason to toss $300 on a new CPU cause you had a wire blocking one of the blades, or the fan wasn't plugged in.
