My and my dad are going to build it ourselves and I'm ordering from ncix.com which has the cheapest parts available for people in Canada.

ncix has very good selection, but they're not the cheapest. if you go in person, they do price matching! there are a few computer stores around here that have better prices. overall tho, going with ncix is a good choice. hopefully one day it'll become canada's version of newegg. seriously, we canadians are getting ripped off for not being able to order from newegg.
