help me overclock! Pls

ok so ive got a northwood 2ghz cpu, i wanna be able to play oblivion flawlessly and i think pumping my cpu a bit might help.

heres the specs:
Pentium IV Northwood 2.00ghz
Stepping:B0
CPU multiplier: 20x
CPU FSB: 101.1
Memory Bus:134.7
Memory Timings: 2.5-3-3-6

How high can i get this thing going? And ive got stock cooling right now...but i can buy more fans..

Also ive got a ATI 9950, is it overclockable much? its at 250right now...i might just get a new mobo and video card...

u can OC as high as u can get it working and stable. PSU is very important if u want to OC high. need at least 500W.

be careful with the vcore. there is a problem with the northwood core that was nicknamed NDS, Northwood Death Syndrome. if you hit over 1.7v vcore you will fry the cpu.
