Shut Down Utility

Hi, Anyone know of any small program utility that once opened automatically shuts your computer down? Reason I want one is for uTorrent. I want to shut the computer down once I'm done downloading a torrent and I used to be able to do that with BitComet but not with uTorrent.

So basically it gives me an option to execute a file once I'm done downloading my torrent, and I'm thinking, okay I'll execute a file and this file will shut down my computer for me, so I get home from school and see great computer is turned off, electricity saved, less heat, and downloads are finished.

Anyone know of such a file? Or how I can program one myself in VB.Net?
