OK so here is the problem:

Me and my friend play video games so i bought 2 gaming pcs and the one just fried and the company said they won't replace the parts cause they where physically damaged.

It was an Intel p4 2.8GHz socket 478

The second computer is an:
Amd athlon 64 3500+
msi K8N Neo4
windows xp home sp2
300gb hard drive
2gb of ram
xfx 6800 xtreme 256mb

um, sry to disappoint you but thats not a gaming rig. if you wanna make a decent gaming rig, you'll need to spend at least $1000, and build it urself. dun buy prebuilt systems, start from scratch or barebone kits.

if i were you id bug the **** outta the company if you didn't physically damage any of the parts and they say you did but if you didn't build the pc yourself

Yeah dont just give up! If you must and you don't wanna build it yourself, then get that eMachines, and upgrade that video card
