Zalman CNPS9500 vs Thermaltake Blue Orb II

What would be better when overclocking a 4400+ between these two coolers.

The 9500. But if you want an even better cooler than the 9500, and for a cheaper price, get the ThermalTake BigTyphoon.

The BigTyphoon doesnt support the AMD Athlon 4400+ x2. And also, can you give some reasons why it is better?

Yes it does support it cause it's the same socket, DUH!

Im pretty sure it's because of the heatpipe design of it, but dont quote me on that.

Umm, unless AMD made some recent changes, and the 4400+ is no longer on socket 939, then you might be right, but last I checked it was still socket 939.

Of course it is compatible.

Get the Typhoon! Or if your going for looks, get the 9500.

9500 is better. i have 1 and i love it. OC x2 4800+ @ 2.8Ghz, 45c max full load in games or 3dmark06 cpu tests or prime95 torture test. stays 33-38c in normal use.
