I recently came into possession of a Dell Dimension XPS D333 and in it, I found a PCI card with a chip labeled "C-Cube Microsystems ZiVA DS-C". On the back of the card was what looked like an RCA outlet, so, is it a card to hook my monitor up to my TV. I searched around, but couldent find any information on the card.

I did, and nothing came up. I tried hooking up the RCA adapter on the back of the card to my TV, and all I got was static, so I dunno if it just doesent work, or I need to get the drivers from somewhere.

Yea, thats exactly what the chip says. How would I go about hooking it up, and is there any software I would need for it. Also, is there any way it could be used as a TV out?
