Specs:

Windows XP Pro Media Center Edition

Hardware:

ABIT NI8 SLI GR
3.0G P4 "Extreme Edition"
2G OCZ 667Mgz DDR2 RAM w/ Heatsinks
74G Western Digital Raptor
PNY GeForce 7900 GTX
NEC DVD-RW Drive

Problem:

I've been getting completely random lockups, power resets, BSoD's and such. I haven't been able to nail down a 'pattern' to why it's doing it.

Errors:

"BAD_POOL_CALL"
"DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL"

I have two devices running on IRQ 20 and two running on IRQ 22, but I can't change the IRQ of any of the devices.

IRQ 20 is: nVidia nForce SATA Controller and "Standard OpenHCD USB Host Controller"

IRQ 22 is: nVidia Network Bus Enumerator and ALSO a "Standard OpenHCD USB Host Controller"

Sorry for the post whoring, I'm afraid that it's going to reset again in the middle of me typing this out.

its a driver issue , nvtcp.sys (onboard lan driver) and http.sys , get the latest nforce driver or the previous version if you alredy got the latest , do a search for that http.sys file get into its properties and see whats in "version" and figure out what it belongs to if its a windows file then thats fine nothin to do in that case (if its a windows file then nvtcp.sys probably caused an error in it as its the lan driver..) , the volts/temps look fine

Alright, I uninstalled the nVidia NAM (Firewall), and from what I've read through Googling that should fix my problem. Thanks for pointing me in the right direction, if I keep having issues I'll let you guys know.
