I need a Video Card

Hey guys i need a video card for my new system i just recently purchased the parts are on their way to my house and should be here around wednesday or so..... but i didnt purchase a video card because i didnt know which one to get..... can someone help me out on a good video card under 200 bucks..... 200 is about the limit i can spend ..... might only be about 180 ill have to check.... but can someone please help me out here and give me some advice...

i'd def recommend the 9600 xt. i own a sapphire radeon 9600 xt and works like a charm. here are my specs:

Yeah, get the 9600 XT/Pro/whatever-the-hell-it-is. DO NOT BUY Nvidia! For the past couple of generations ATI cards have performed better than Nvidia ones and many games (especially Deus Ex 2 and Halo PC) work significantly better with ATI Cards than Nvidia. I have a Geforce FX 5600 myself and in DX2 I can only get playable frame rates at 800x600, no AA, while I've spoken (err.. "typed") with others who have a similar configuration but with a comparable ATI card who have much better performance. Also, PC Gamer Magazine has pointed to ATI cards getting much better performance in new games.
