What is the mobo you are using ATM?

Use Cpu-z to determine the socket of your celeron D because it seems that there are 2 differerent ones.

What kind of Hdd are you using? IDE or SATA? I think IDE cuz in EVEREST Home Edition I Go to Storage>WindowsStorage and both primary and secondary say IDE Channel

Intel 845G is only 478 as far as I know. So that Motherboard will not work.

You will need a new CPU if you want PCI Express.
