i kind of had an idea like that... of inventing something, a new way of cooling.

instead of fans, have something like a little box that sucks air from the back of the case and has tubes that the air comes out of, like vents, that blows a constant, high pressure (not too high) wind against the parts... but i figured it would rob the psu of power...

That's one of the best power supplies money can buy -- aside from the 850w and 1kw versions. I have that exact one, the voltages are ROCK solid, even heavily overclocked.
