How do you install a .sys file (system File)

Ok i download these drivers i need so i can use my USB cord that connect my cell phone (Motorola v300) to my computer...i had it working before, but now it is a .sysfile and i dont know how to use it

i need to get them installed so i the computer recognizes the cord and phone, so i can flash the program on the phone, and turn it into a Motorola v600 (for those who know phones)

somone help please i can take screen shots of the files if you need me to...

Naw it dont have notthing to do with them, what im doing is not exactly legal

becuse i Unlocked an Foreigh phone, so i can use it here in Canada, and now im flashing the Systems Program, so it works like a v600 ( the phone is worth $1000).....

But the drivers should have came with the cord, but they dident, so im stuck downloading them off the net... i just need to know how to install a system file and i will be fine from there
