well first of all, the right thing to do would be to report this to ebay

but IMO, i dont think any program could survive a reformation of the hard drive disk as well as some program called drivewash

no, drive wash is the program to erase the hard disk. have you ever heard of hardware tracking devices. Like someone installed one like you install more memory?
