Amp's question

I dont know hwo to combine dual 12v rails for the total amperage. Please let me know if the ocz powerstream 600w psu has atleast 30amps here are the specs:
+3.3V@28A, +5V@46A, +12V1@20A, +12V2@20A, -5V@0.5A, -12V@0.5A, +5VSB@2A

ps i posted on another forum and someone told me its 40... just combine the 2 but i dunno if thats true.

ok cool. I dunno y i just remember seeing on other forums and stuff people talkikng about this and when they would combine the rails it would be less then what it should be. like 20+20 is 40 i saw it be like 34 or something less like that.
