I already have a graphics card though.

What software can I get to be able to record tv, pause, rewind and all that stuff?

Don't buy one download one, Google torrent, click on any, then search tv ... then you get quite a fre results .. have fun :)

if you want to pay, there's SageTV. thats probably the most popular htpc software. it lets you pause, record and all that junk. i don't think it works with ANY capture card.. i know it works with all the hauppauge cards.. pvr150 is a good one. or if you want dual-tuner (record while you're watching something else.. or record 2 things at once..) go for pvr 500.. but now we're talkin big bucks.

I'm going to buy one

I'm going to buy one and with all of the mixed reviews I can't decide which one to get. If any of you could give me some help.

I'll list a few that caught my attention

And maybe if you can find some other ones.

I really want the quality to be good, and I want to be able to record shows.

I'd like to keep it under $60

Thanks

I know you said 50$, but the Happauge Win TV is a great tv card. I use it to record school(home schooled) via satellite. I haven't had any problems at all.
