Alright so i got a flat screen from my friend and just hook it up.
It works fine with playing videos and everything fine but when i went to start up BF2 The monitor cuts out and gives me the blue box (kind of like the one that said there is no video coming in) and says Message in the top and does not support mode or something along with some numbers down in the bottom left and right corner.
Now why is the monitor doing this?! And how do i get it to work. I just hook it up directly. I didn't think i had to load any software or anything..

I just restarted the computer Now when i start BF2 it brings up the box that has the icon on it and then it goes to a black screen, flickers then goes back to my desktop and the game isnt running... It plays all the others fine..
