what do u have to do prepare to defrag, i looked on pcpitstop but didnt really find nething cept tests they wanted me to do, care to elaborate on defragging, i kno u should delete temp internet files and such first but besides that?
Actually, PC magazine recently did a study on defragmentation and found no conclusive performance/health gain in any way. Its a good idea to do it every once and awhile, but I say every 2 months or so is MORE than enough.

Use pcpitstop autofix for some answers.
Prepare means to permanetly delete a lot of junk, and useless files and empty Windows/temp folder.
