Frustrated.......Please Help!!

Here's the Spec's......New Mobo (MSI K7T266-P2), New RAM 512MB PC2100
New Power Supply 450W, Original AMD Athlon 1050MHZ CPU, Original Seagate 20GB HDD with New Win2K Pro O/S installed .........Here's my Problem......computer boots up to Windows 2000 Professional screen with blue bar going across near the bottom ........Than I get a very very quick "blue screen of death" than black and computer goes into a fresh reboot. I have changed out HDD with another 20GB W.D. HDD and the same problem occurs the exact same spot in boot up.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

Reinstall 2000, or run a repair if it has that option from Bootable OS disc..

I have changed out HDD with another 20GB W.D. HDD and the same problem occurs the exact same spot in boot up.

....when you put a new hdd with windows in another computer, you have to format it to even run windows because that instal of windows knows its own computers hardware setup... not the one you just put it in, so even if that problem did stil lgo away, you still wouldnt be able to boot with the second hdd
