when it's cooler, it can go further with the same amount of voltage.

That voltage sure is high considering the OC isn't very far.

2.5v for your dimm is WAY too freakin low.

Put a fan over it and try like 2.7 or 2.8v with like 2.5-3-3-7 timings and I'm sure the RAM will go up quite a bit higher. However, keep in mind obviously 2gb won't clock as high as 1gb

I can get the cpu to go higher, but I have to put a bigger divider on the memory and the system doesn't perform as well. My main goal is gaming so I need to find a good balance.
