Thinking of going with this heatsink/fan

Correction I thought by the look of that it would be the best, but i did research on it and the best you can buy and it beats that zalman is the ThermalTake Big Typhoon.

did you loot at the air flow on the big typhoon

big typhoon=54.4CFM
CNPS9500=75-80CFM

The air flow alone does not make it a better cooler. The heatsink design is the most important.

Its like putting a block of solid copper w/ a 100CFM and a good designed one w/ a 5CFM fan. The 5CFM could beat it.

i have that cooler now, no problems with it keep my skt 754 3200 running at 32c and a lower 40's at load. its pretty quiet too.but if you want the ultimate cooling get the typhoon, just make sure you can fit it in your case
