i might get it and oc a P4 with the cedar mill super overclocking core.

Intel? why not OC the s*** out of an AMD?

Cause if i can get a cedar mill up around 5ghz it will be a very good CPU

remember AMD numbers like 3200+ and 4400+ are what equals to an intel of the frequency.
