1 Machine = 1 Serial. Simple as that.

It's funny how a company can make a decission about something like this, and then force it to retroactively apply to what peopple have already bought.

You pay $100 for a copy of the OS... but you still don't own it.

It looks like you didn't burn it correctly, you probably forgot to make it a bootable disk. So, just copying everthing over won't work.
