USB portable HD and annoying screens

I have got external portable hard disk Toshiba 40 GB with two partitions , when I plugged it into USB port, always I am receiving these annoying screens.

i seem to remember somewhere where you can say do not autorun disks etc, but that means nothing will autorun. i have no idea where the setting is. this post needs moving to the windows section of the forums, and am i sure warez monster will know exactly what to do.

I have choosen this action, do i need to repeat this action every time i plug the USB HD ?because I have done twice til now.

once that option is selected, it should open up a folder for that drive.
it should work everytime.

Recently I formatted the PC, the same thing happened, I tried to follow the same instruction :
Right click on the disk -->properties-->autoplay tab-->"Take no action" and uncheck "Prompt me each time to choose an action".

But still I have to repaet that each time I plug HD!!!!
