Good ideas, I thought about maybe buying a new gfx card, but then I need a better psu For now I think I'll buy some ram, speed up pc some more

From what i've heard anything over 2gb wil actually slow your system down, but im not sure about 2.5gb?

i would sell my PSU, and video card and get a 7900GT, and a fortron source 450w psu with 36a on the 12v rails it should run the 7900GT just fine.

Sell or keep the 256mb ram for another computer and just use 2*1gb dual channel and it will give you a performance boost

hmm he said he has 200$ to spend not 285-300 why do you say alittle more? the 78/7900gt is almost double the price of the 7600gt. hes asking about things to buy for 200$ or less not things to buy for 300$
