2 x 7900GTs should decimate a single X1900XTX.

Its when there's two of each that it gets interesting. The 7900GTs often beat 2 x X1900XTXs.

Ran 3dmark06 on ati with no overclocking and got:

sm2.0=1586
hdr/sm3.0=1985
cpu=853

wow, thats a terrible score for 3dmark06... my 1 7900 gt beat that... and my cpu score wasnt much higher than that.. i got a 4777 or something like that, go check my score on 3dmark06 on the other topic... what happened there?? i thought 3dmark favored the ati cards?

There must be something wrong here. My 7800GT scores 4300 in 06, and the X1900XTX rapes a 7800GTX512, so there is a problem. Generally speaking,
Dual video cards = Nvidia
Single video card = ATI
