ever try a copy of xp on 2 computers and it doesn't work? I wondered if i could use a cd key off the net and try telling microsoft that it was my cd key. What do you think they'll do?

not necessarily. but i wouldn't recomend it. what kind of key are you talking about? if the key you are using is already installed on someone elses computer it probably just won't let you update windows.
