You didn't say price was a factor.
You can't compair RAM just by name. Whether it is OCZ or Corsair means jack squat if the specs are different.
If one has a spec of 3-4-4-8, and the other 2-3-3-4, your decision is over.
BTW, OC=Over-Clocking RAM. OCZ is the name of a company that sells RAM. At least attempt to spell things correctly so you don't sound like some kind of CompUSA poser. If you don't want people getting upset with you, don't confuse them by asking questions that you didn't even bother to fully write out.
