Looks good, I'd change the mobo though, you don't need an SLi board if you aren't going to be utilizing SLi.

Get the DFI UT NF4 ultra-D and save some money its awesome board.

i would switch out that sound card for the newer X-Fi Xtrememusic, WAY better sound quality

ill upgrade to xfi a lil l8a, right now im running over budget, and yes im getting the ultra d.

Everything looks great, and i agree with pzero on this one, drop the sli unless you plan on using sli later on.

yea im doing that, and i can mod it to be sli afterwards.
