ATI Response To Quad-SLI?

Y would u even think of spending that much money..... I think SLI is the dumbest thing these companys have ever come up...
Companies should be thinking of making things cheaper, with cost performance ratio. If you buy four you get a 200% performance increase....... I would rather buy the best darn single card there is and save me about $1500 and notice no difference between the quad and single...
But it looks like SOME people are actually falling for this idea

Quad sli is a roadmap(test bed) to future Video cards. Ultimately you'll see 4 gpu's on 1 card .While this is extreme and a waiste to many now , theres alot more to the technology being tested .
