K here is what i need the PSU to do.

Needs to support:
-Maximum 4 SATA Hard Drives, but most likely on 2
-MAX SLi PCIe ( so i guess only 2 PCIe Cards) but ill probably stick with 1 card, though SLi would put me at ease
-the mobo of course
-A quick question, does the PSU power the fans? or are the fans connected to the mobo?
-at most 2 optical drives
-CPU counts as part of the mobo right?
-PCI sound card
-PCI TV tuner

Needs to be:
-reliable, duh
-not noisy

TY Guys.

i can go slightly higher than $200 dollars, and do u really think ill need 1000WATTS!?!??!

No, you don't need 1000W. That was a joke. :p

These are all pretty solid PSUs. The PC P&C is the absolute best PSU company out there, but the Seasonics are supposed to be really quiet. OCZ is an all-around winner. You can't really go wrong with any of these.
