AMD XP 2900+ Fan Issues?

For the past 8 months my AMD XP 2900+ has been overheating at the default clock due to my POS CPU fan, so I have come to you guys for suggestions for a better one.

The chip is supposed to be clocked at 400MHz FSB, but I currently have it clocked down to the only stable setting at 200MHz FSB, therefore the chip is half as fast as it should be (1GHz opposed to 2GHz).

No-name case
No-name PSU (300 Watt)

Chaintech 7NJL6 Mobo
512 Kingston PC3200 / 2x512MB Geil PC3200

So yeah, kinda iffy but yeah it works for me so thats all that matters. Here are the CPU fans I was looking at:

Any other suggestions? I'm a big fan of Thermaltake, but whatever can fix this job will be the newest edition to my bandwagon.

The thermaltakes are pretty darn sweet, I'm probably getting one myself.
