Computer Problems!! new pc

Ok guys heres my story.. Ill make it short.

I am building a pc from scratch here are the details:

Pentium 4 3.2GHZ Retail box
KINGSTON 512 DDR RAM 400
Montherboard ASUS P5P800 (latest bios flashed)
MAXTOR 160G SATA300
DVD + BURNER Etc.

Now everything boots fine. But when installing windows xp sp2... When it reaches to the point of Installing Devices.... once it reaches the middle i get the nice blue screen of death..... Here are the components ive changed trying to troubleshoot the problem..

1st - Motherboard changed for test (Intel GG101C)
2nd- MEMORY 512 for a other new one.
3rd - Unplugged all components and left only the dvd rom and HD.
4th- Changed CPU for a 3.0GHZ that i have and still no luck.

What else can it be???? Please help me out guys.. after trying these things i still get this screen of death.

Make sure your Windows CD isn't damaged. You could have a scratch or particle on a part of the CD preventing it from reading. Also change the CD/DVD drive to make sure the drive is working correctly.

it isnt damaged. I just recently installed it on 2 other pcs 1 hour ago. its only doing that on this computer.. here is the error

p.s. also used a other dvd drive

could be the psu get into the bios and goto pc health/hardware monitoring and report back
