Laptop or Desktop?

i own (or my family does) 2 toshiba laptops. one is a celeron M 1.5ghz, and one is centrino 740 (1.73ghz)

the celeron one is total and utter garbage. sooo slow and horrid battery life. the centrino one is pretty good w/ decent battery life.

nothing about the construction has failed, so they seem to be well built.

Interesting. Has anyone had any negative experience with Toshiba?

yeah, they are a b!tch to fix. good laptops but you don't want anything to go wrong. out of the number of toshiba laptops i've used though it is a small number that end up having problems

Thanks. I think im going to get a Dell latitude. As I said, my father can get me one bellow cost.
