Acrylic cases take a **** of a time to make look good. You're going to be spending a lot of time on wire management and such if you want it to look good.
Everything else looks fine - I'd personally get a 3800X2 and learn to overclock eventually instead of spending a lot more on a 4400.
But your choice.

So wheres a good place to learn how to overclock? I've tried reading some of the guides on this site but I don't know all the terms they are using so I don't understand it at all. Do you know any noob-friendly overclocking guides?
And I'm excited to do wire management, I think it's fun haha. And when I'm finally done I'm sure it will be worth it.

Thanks

Clear case, imo are just plain ugly, unless you have some serious cable management to make it look good.

I recommendt getting a normal case just with a window on the side.

case choice is a matter of preferance, if he wants a clear case, i dont see why every1 is dissuading him from it

maximum pc has a good overclocking issue that you can get from pretty much any place that sells mags for about $8. has lots of pics and good info.
