XP Product Key Not Valid.

So today i reformat my computer, everything goes smooth, and now when i try and activate it using my product key, its invalid... WTF! was i like supposed to unactivate before i reformmated or what... i dont want to drop 200$ for windows.. please help me

If you have already bought this XP and it is totally legit. Call M$. As long as you have not changed out your motherboard you can get a new Serial.

call them and tell them you reinstalled windows for the 3-4th time and that it won't activate

no they will give you a new install id that will only work that one time and that will activate windows. the next time they will give you a different number

Yes i did this 2 times allready and it works.
