What ramt o buy?

Ok so I still haven't got enough money for my ram because I still owe someont $140 for hockey equipment but I was looking at a few pairs and I don't know which one to get. I was looking into this because I can get my HTT up to around 300 on my Athlon. I was also looking at these and these.. Is it worth spending the extra $30 on the REV.2? Personally I think it is I just want to be re-assured.

Look into the G.skill HZ DDR500 PC 4000 Ram. Those are really good for overclocking.

Well I'm buying the ram for OVERCLOCKING. I haven't found any G skill pc 4000 ram. I have to order from canadian wbsites and I dont really want to spend over $180. I'm looking in to the the REV 2. because of tighter timmings and better overclocking abilities.

the first OCZ ram should do if your going to be overclocking.
