Almost certainly no. Those things hit a plateau WAY before then. To get it that high, you'd have to up the voltage way past how far the memory controller can tolerate.

Now that i think of it, it might have been 3.2 i don't know if thats even possible though.

I have a 3700+ Clawhammer and the highest I can get it up to stable is 2.6 GHz. It's pretty much as crappy as can be when it comes to overclocking. Luckily, it flies at stock already
