the dell case features a nice 120mm fan that cools the cpu, that pulls air directly from outside the case. i think it would go quite far on stock cooling.

Actually, the AMD is a great processor, but I picked up my 2.4 Prescott almost for free. It's running on a system with 1 gb 400mhz DDR Ram, an MSI 256 mb video card, and it is very fast. I'm going to wait a couple of years before I build another one.
