Its downloaded and now I have the option to choose torture test.

**** I total blanked. It didn't even come to me about Preim95 and dual-core.

So far I am unsucessful at getting this to run on both cores. this is what i did so far.

I extracted prime 95 twice one in each folder I labeled prime95_1 and Prime95_2. From each folder I was able to open and have 2 prime95 screens open at the same time. when I go to affinity however do I set the cpu for 0 in the first screen and 1 in the second screen, or for 1 and 2???

I am only able to get one screen working.

I got both cores working I just needed to go to the custom setup and set up the mem like nitestick was instructing. I will run for a while. if there are errors will is show and tell me the problems??

Well it will show a problem on which ever core but it wont really tell you what it is. Just leave it run overnight.

the pc will either freeze (thats only in extreme cases) or prime95 will halt and say that it encountered an error. if you run memtest and get no errors then this error should be from an unstable cpu.
