Here is an update

multiplier = 12
LTD = 4X
RAM speed = 183MHz

VDIMM = 2.7V
Vcore = 1.55 V

Mem Speed = 200MHz
CPU Speed = 2.80GHz

Idle Temp = 36 Deg C
Load Temp = 38-45 Deg C

At these settings the graphics are twiching a lot. Do I need to increase the PCIe frequency?? or am I maxed out here??

What do you mean they twitch a lot? Did youi overclock your GFX card aswell?

I have not overclocked the GPU, however I bought one that was factory overclocked.

the graphics only seem to twich when running 3dMark 06 not when playing games.

No. Does it do the same at a lower clock speed?

The graphics are fine at lower clock speeds

Hmmm. Tey upping the ram voltage to 2.75 and see what that does. You also have to run prime95 to ensure stability.

As far as increasing the clock speed, is 233MHz pretty much it??

Might be. How long have you have your CPU for?

3 months or so

Keep it at 2.8 and then run prime95 overnight.
