problem with winmx

I have got a problem with winmx, i can download from users, but people cannot upload from me.

It is a pain since people think i am not willing to share stuff.

Most of the time there is a setting that disables uploading, check the preferences and if its checked, take it off.

I tried and checked, it seems that i have shared my folder
but there are no uploads from my machine.


i am attaching my settings, do you think it could be a firewall setting, if it is, can you please advise on how to proceed.

I frequently run into the same thing, usually restarting the computer will help a bit, but I suspect the firewall, I use ZA Pro and it is very tempermental with WinMX.
