J jeremy Fully Optimized Messages 1,533 Mar 9, 2006 #12 these are the only things you can do: 1) order a new bios chip http://www.badflash.com/orderbiosinstr.html if the bios chip is soldered then forget it 2) hot flashing see these guides http://www.biosman.com/remove_plcc.html http://www.rojakpot.com/showarticle.aspx?artno=62&pgno=1 (this is a risky process but the result might be worth it) and again if the bios chip is soldered then forget it 3) get a new motherboard or a used motherboard

OP OP A adragland Baseband Member Messages 21 Mar 9, 2006 #14 cant tell if the chip is soldered and now that i took out all the 3rd party hardware and tried it ..now it wont even show the pre-post screen..its just completely black..gj me!!
