This character on TV looks a little younger, but the similarities are there. That Phil guy looks like Uzi, not the other way around.

lol no really i couldn't find a good pic, but i have watched the show before and I know what he looks like. So when i saw uzi's pic I immediatley though of the show. Trust me if anybody here watches the actual show they will agree with me. He doesn't have too many pics online so I couldn't find a good enough one. I just got that pic bcuz they were in the same pose and it was the first one i could see. Cap on me all you want, but until you watch the show don't judge me lol.
