well, crazy as it sounds, it happened.
BUT, so i re-read some guys instructions i was going through step by step and i over loooked something.
He created another Primary partition so he could run programs off of it. So i did that, now everything works!!!
I dont know what the difference between Extended and primary are except OS booting, but from my experiences, it seems like you cant run programs off of extended partitions, only store data there.
