tell me which ones the best, speed vs. price, and how well they all overclock, which i will be doing in a short time becasue i got a ASUS A8N32-SLI Deluxe Socket 939 NVIDIA nForce SPP 100 ATX AMD Motherboard.(ok this seems stupid but both ati and nvidia cards will work with that mobo, right?)
im not a complete idiot, ive done my research for a while now feel free to point out all their pro's and con's and not just tell me "this" ones good.

thanks, viper

6800 GS. If there is any debate, eliminate the X800 series from your choices completely. Those were a bad dream. The 6800GS and the 6800GT perform about the same. The GS is cheaper, so go with it. To top it all off, the eVGA 6800GS overclocks pretty well.

awsome thanks, Is their anyone particular 6800GS thats worth buying or is the one i picked good?

If you can spare $100 more the 7800GS is a great option too, but the 6800GS is pretty dam solid.

Stick with eVGA.

7800gs is agp only, and he has the asus sli mobo (pci-express)..

i personally would choose the x850x, and you can easily oc it to x850xt pe, which is just plain faster than the 6800gs (even at stock it'll be faster) x850xt is usually not a very good value, but at that price, i'd get it!

only downside is that it doesn't have dual dvi

ok thanks guys, when i get the thing together ill post some pics(got the nxzt lexa) should be pretty awsome.
