Would this be a good motherboard for overclocking?

Jetway 754 or 939 socket

Or should I just get a DFI. I have a 754 for now but figured the option of upgrading to 939 without having to change the mobo would be nice.

Are we talking about the s754 DFI, nF3 250GB? or the s939 DFI

We're talking about Socket754. I was thinking about getting the Jetway so I can upgrade to 939 without upgrading the motherboard.

But if the Jetway motherboard can't overclock then I won't get it.

Dude don't get a combo board. Especially not a Jetway. Sell your system right now and save up for a new one. Socket 939, I'm thinking for a motherboard either a DFI lanparty or an MSI K8N NEO4-F.
