saving videos

if there is a video integrated into a website (without WMP actually loading up, just stays into the internet window), is there a way to save it? Could i just do some HTML and get the video saved on my PC?

Browse around on Shell Extension City (http://shellcity.net). I remember they posted something along those lines, but I don't remember when.

Besides, they have links to some very cool, as well as useful, stuff.
