Building new system, some questions.

I also have raptor HDD, like I said I dont have infinite budget
most of the stuff is listed in my 1st post
for speakers I have Klipsch surround.
Im not really a guy that likes to overclock or buy new stuff every 3 months, I would rather pay a little more and then have it last for a little longer.
my pc right now is :
p4 3.0 HT
asus p4c800 deluxe
ATI 800xt

i dont' get why he wouldn't over clock and get a water cooling system. just a thought. a opty would be best "that is what i have been saying from the beginning!! haha."
