Is all you need to OC a nVida Card Rivatuner

Other alternatives are:

Coolbits - Activates the overclock utility built into the nVida drivers

Most Recent Beta of ATITool - Just tried this recently. It has an artifact scanner and a test to find max OC. Actually a pretty cool app.

All you need to overclock a video card:
1) video card
2) working PC
3) program like rivatuner, coolbits, etc.

and i got another question do you raise voltage to your video card like your cpu if it starts artifacting or not

To raise your video card's voltage, you would have to mod the card. You don't need to mess with the voltage unless you are an extreme hardcore overclocker who is trying to get the absolute best speeds possible.
