I got the AGP version since that's what I have on my mobo.

Hopefully it unlocks, eh? I'll report back.

Since my current card is an ATI, is this how I should go about changing cards...

It's as simple as that. Uninstall the drivers and utilities for the ATI card, and uninstall it in the device manager. Then switch the cards and do an install of the new card. Mine was flawless.

Tell me about it

I think my ati driver's still stuck on my system some how after doing a quik format,Sat there all day trying every driver i could get my hand's on and every game still played like crap,So i got mad and did a long format and then everything worked out
